92-Year-Old ‘Wheel of Fortune’ Winner Makes Late Husband Proud, Wins Over Vanna White

Liz and KC Wright, a mother-son combination, won the hearts of Wheel of Fortune viewers around the country with their remarkable performance on Tuesday’s program.

This year’s “Home for the Holidays” week required participants to team up with a family member.

Liz, 92, swept the battle, taking home more than $65,000 in cash and a tropical holiday to Antigua.

She spent the first 88 years of her life in Oklahoma with his dad, KC explained as he introduced his mother. They traveled the world for 62 years, visiting 100 countries and seven continents. He died, and she moved down to live with him five years ago. And he added that she taught him how to use a spoon, how to do everything, and how to watch Wheel of Fortune for the first 18 years of his life. And during the last five years, he has been able to attempt to repay her.

In the bonus round, the pair earned $25,000 in prize money and a trip to the Caribbean by solving riddles such as “The Adventure of a Lifetime” and “How The Grinch Stole Christmas.”

When Liz completed the “Drizzled Honey” food and drink challenge, co-host Pat Sajak announced that her solution had added $40,000 to the pot, bringing their total to $65,000 in cash and a vacation.

“OK, do you think your dad would be proud of us?” Liz questioned her son as she and KC celebrated their great achievements.

When the program finished, Sajak praised Liz for her amazing performance. “Well, you played extremely well, and it was a great honor to have you here,” remarked the leaving host, 77. “And we really appreciate you continuing to watch. And stay in touch, OK?”

While reminiscing on her sprint in a TikTok video, White, 66, expressed how much her performance had impacted her heart.

“Liz, I have something to tell you,” she said. “In 41 years, you have been my favorite show.” You added so much to the show!”

“It couldn’t happen without you,” Liz said.

“No, it couldn’t happen without you,” White said emphatically.
