Birthdays of Twins! It’s not the same here. It’s one in millions, something incredible! Here Birthdays of Twins are on different days, in different months & in a different year as well!
This happened in California. Twins were born to the parents – Fatima Madrigal & Robert Trujillo of Greenfield. But son Alfredo weighing 6lbs.,1oz., was born on New Year’s Eve 2021 when the clock struck 11:45 p.m. local time on Friday.
15 minutes passed. The clock struck. It was zero hour. When people all around welcomed the New Year 2022, Alfredo’s family along with the New Year welcomed Alfredo’s twin sister Aylin weighing 5lbs.,14oz., into the world on Saturday.
Incredible! Isn’t it? A set of twins will celebrate their birthdays on different days, months, and years since one of them was born just minutes apart on New Year’s Eve and the other on New Year’s Day.
Mom Fatima Madrigal felt it’s crazy. She got twins. But they have different birthdays. Amazing indeed! But she is excited & happy that Aylin her daughter arrived at midnight.
It was a thrilling joy to assist these cute little ones to arrive into this world safely one in the year 2021 & the other in the year 2022 expressed Dr. Ana Abril Arias, a doctor at the Natividad Medical group.
She commented excitedly that this was one of the most momentous deliveries of her career & she enjoyed the way the New year 2022 started.

The statistical data shows a steep rise in the U.S. birth rate for twins since 1980. As of 2019 the twins birth rate in the U.S. was 32.1 per 1,000 live births.
The newly born twins, Alfredo and Aylin have two older sisters & a older brother. Fatima Madrigal said their family is delighted to welcome the cute additions.
