Tony Rock, Chris Rock’s brother, pounced on the slap, not only on Will Smith, shouting, “You going to punch my motherf***ing brother because your b*tch gave you a side-eye?”
The Shade Room got video of Tony in front of an audience during his set. Tony had already expressed his displeasure with Will, but he doubled down at a comedy engagement. He added after mounting the platform, “If you think you’re going to go up on this stage, remember that this isn’t the motherf***king Oscars! And if you step up here, you’re not nominated for anything but these mother****ing hands! Oh, n****, we’re going to pop for the rest of the year. Pop! every time you watch me do a concert!”
Chris’ baby bro has already stated that Will’s Instagram apology to Chris is insufficient. Will and Chris, as previously reported, have not spoken since the slap, and Chris has not publicly or privately acknowledged Smith’s apology.
Tony is one more individual who appears to ignore baldness as a reason for an attack. Bill Maher stated on Friday night that if alopecia is the awful thing that has happened to Jada Pinkett Smith, she should consider herself fortunate.
