Amber Heard detailed an supposed assault by Johnny Depp that left her with a bloody lip — an injury her lawyers tried to prove with a photo but were shot down by the judge because it wasn’t submitted in time for trial. Here is the image… a photo Depp’s press team claims doesn’t line up with the timing of her allegations.
In her testimony, Heard alleged she was in one of these fights, she believes it’s this one, in his downtown ECB, they call it, loft, and they are in the kitchen living room area and he strikes her.
She went on, it was, as one knows, he wears a lot of rings. She recalls feeling like her lip had gone into her teeth and there was some blood on the wall. It’s as basic as a smear of blood on the wall.
We received the photo Heard claims she shot after the alleged assault, which shows what appears to be a cut on her lip and a message that reads, “I shall return xxx”… a letter she claims Depp left behind. It’s the same photo Heard’s legal team sought to present to the jury, but Depp’s team opposed, claiming Amber’s attorneys never filed it during the case’s discovery phase. The judge agreed with Depp’s counsel, and the photo was never brought into proof.
Now Depp’s team expresses that the photo is from 2012. It has been confirmed that yet Amber’s witness testimony in the UK defamation lawsuit indicated the first violent incident occurred in 2013… a year after the purported bleeding lip shot was taken.
According to a source close to Amber, she screwed up her dates in the UK case, and after she obtained her therapist records, it revealed that the claimed abuse from Johnny began in early 2012 therefore the timing of the photo makes sense.
Of course, the photo and claimed event are only two of the several physical assault allegations levied against Heard and Depp during the trial.
Additionally, Johnny’s lawyers said Amber’s charges had grown over time with “new and convenient information,” and that she had been “preparing to produce the performance of her life in this trial.”
