Kate Moss testified in Johnny Depp’s defamation trial that he never shoved her down the stairs.
Moss, speaking shortly through live video from Gloucestershire, England, claimed she slipped while on holiday in Jamaica and Depp helped her.
‘He never shoved me, kicked me, or hurled me down any stairs,’ Moss recalled of their relationship, which lasted from 1994 until 1998.
Heard’s accusation that the 58-year-old shoved Moss was refuted by the renowned secretive model, who hardly shares her personal life.

Heard set the stage for Moss’ evidence when she said she was afraid Depp would shove her sister down the stairs after a heated dispute.
According to Heard, she remembered hearing a report that Depp had once done the same thing to Moss.
Moss stated when questioned by Depp’s attorney Benjamin Chew that they were leaving the room, and Johnny left the room before she did.
There had been a rainfall, and she slipped down the stairs as she exited the room. Her back was sore. And she yelled since she was in pain and didn’t know what had occurred to her.
He ran back to aid her, carrying her to her room and getting her medical care.
Moss was testifying for Depp during rebuttal, a stage of the trial in which he had the opportunity to refute Heard’s charges.
Moss was at the pinnacle of her celebrity when she started her intensive romance with Depp, an adolescent hero owing to appearances in films such as Edward Scissorhands.
They were renowned as the ‘chicest, druggiest pair in LA’ due to their drinking and drug usage.
Among their favorite hangouts was Depp’s Viper Room in Los Angeles, where they partied with Jared Leto, Keanu Reeves, and Charlize Theron.
Moss subsequently stated that she “cried for years” over the separation, which led to an increase in her drug usage, which finally led to her admission to rehab.
