Brett Pendleton, 48, a Missouri man has been detained after confessing to police department that he had sex activity with an 8-year-old girl and fed her meth. Pendleton hired a room at a local motel and was with the girl at the time.
The girl’s mom became concerned after the girl stopped responding her text messages.
Betsey Schulze, investigator and police spokesman said that the mother went to the motel later that evening. That was the time when the girl took her mom in the toilet and told her that Pendleton forced her to execute numerous sex performances and made her consume meth as well as smoke cannabis and cigarettes.
The mother went to a close by hospital with the girl and filed a police complaint. Officers were able to find Pendleton as they directed a traffic halt and detained him.
In the questioning, Pendleton admitted that he gave the girl meth by packaging it in toilet paper and then feeding it to her. He also admitted that he involved in sexual action as well.
The accused was charged with one count of legal sodomy or tried statutory sodomy deviate sexual contact with an individual under the age of 12. He was also charged with one count of first-degree risking the well-being of a child making considerable danger.
The prey’s mom is not under examination as she was uninformed of crime till her daughter told her about them. The girl was associated to Pendleton and had consent from her mom to stay with him at the time.
