During Saturday’s football game, Joaquin, 19, and the whole wrestling team were recognized for winning the 2022 Big Ten title in March. The presentation began with a highlight film, followed by a visit by the whole wrestling team, who displayed their brand-new championship rings on the football field. A video of the ceremony was released by Michigan Wrestling.

Consuleos, 51, also shared a photo of himself with Joaquin, who was holding up his championship ring, as well as a close-up of his son’s new prize.
“Good food and company at our annual football tailgate. Handed out some B1G rings,” University of Michigan Wrestling shared a picture of Ripa getting a close-up of Joaquin with his ring.
Ripa and Consuelos married in May 1996 after first meeting on the set of All My Children in 1995. Michael, 25, Lola, 21, and Joaquin are the couple’s three kids.
On a February edition of Live with Kelly and Ryan, which Consuelos co-hosted, the pair discussed their feelings about seeing Joaquin on the mat.
Ripa referred to Consuelos as a “stage father,” but the actor subsequently said she doesn’t know what they’re doing and have no clue what they’re doing.
They’re such wonderful wrestling parents that they simply say whatever the other parents are saying, Ripa said. They don’t know anything, Consuelos agreed with his wife’s assertion.
Stalling! So, what exactly does that mean? He went on to describe the amusing scene he witnessed while attending their son’s game.
After seeing parents go across the country to assist their children during the Olympics, the couple joked about how they ended up being sports parents despite their earlier plans not to get their kids “in sports.”
