On Thursday, Amber Heard sustained her counter spat to Johnny Depp’s denouncement claim and testified that Depp was convinced that she had slept with Eddie Redmayne, her co-star in 2015’s “The Danish Girl”.
As per Amber’s, Depp also blamed her of having a sexual link with Tom Hooper, the Oscar-winning flick’s director.
Amber rejected having an affair with either of them and further testified that Depp turn out to be furious when a phone call went unreciprocated to the hotel in London where she was putting up. Amber said that she got that sense that Depp assumed she was sleeping with Tom Hooper and then it was with Eddie.
Amber further said that they get into a spat and Depp was blaming her of sleeping with Eddie. She said that Depp believed that she was working with Billy Bob Thornton but she had previously worked with him a year earlier. She continued that Depp was very upset about Billy.
Amber has earlier said that Depp was quite sure that she and Thornton had an affair while filming London Fields. This was released in 2018 and this claim has been rejected by Amber and Billy.
Heard also told the court on Thursday that how she felt defensive over Depp’s two kids during their association. She claimed that Depp introduced his daughter to marijuana when she was just 14 year old.
Mentioning a dispute that happened in November 2013 and Amber testified that the two had conflicted over Depp’s daughter, who Amber was worried about. She said that the dispute transpired because she didn’t approve that a well-known musician spent the night at the house and she felt defensive over Depp’s daughter and worried.
Amber continued and said that she just felt protective toward Depp’s daughter as she was introduced to weed when she was so young. She added that since they were not her children and it’s was not her place and that makes Depp upset with her.
On the other hand, while testifying in his 2020 defamation suit against The Sun, which he could not succeed, Depp insisted that he never stimulated his then-teenage daughter to use marijuana.
