In Oscoda County, Michigan, two men were being attacked by a ferocious, 400-pound black bear. Then, a tiny 5-pound dachshund named Bradley jumped at the bear, distracting it, and chasing it away and the men were able to get to safety. Bradley saved those men.
Bradley’s owner, John Force, let two of his friends who were visiting him for the weekend take his dog on a little trip in a golf cart through the woods. Soon after, they were confronted by the bear, and Bradley sprang into action.
Says John: “I believe honestly the outcome would’ve been different if Brad had not been with them.”
Unfortunately, when Bradley was sparring with the bear, the bear bit him. He died from that injury an hour later.
