In Augusta, Georgia, Tammi Dekle, who is confined to a wheelchair, was trying to cross an extremely busy highway when her wheelchair got stuck in the median. Drivers could see her obvious struggle, but they just kept wizzing by, giving her no regard at all.
Then, a man pulled his car over and got out. He was a soldier. He walked over to Tammi, got behind her wheelchair and pushed her safely across the busy lanes.
He then continued to push her to her apartment, which was a little further down the road.
