Last week I lost my mum after she passed away from battling breast cancer for 25 years. I was so fortunate to be able to see her for a week in New Zealand in between lockdowns and make it back just before borders closed again.
I had been speaking with her about getting a kitten and last night after I put up a post on one group looking for a kitten to provide a home for and to help me with my healing process, I received hundreds of messages.
Tonight I am so blessed that the kindest couple offered me Charlotte, they had found her from a family who was going to put her out on the street.
With food, toys and all, I am so incredibly grateful the joy she will bring not only in this grieving time but a smile and joy on the face to so many
