According to authorities, a guy was caught after reportedly kidnapping a lady and locking her in a closet for two months with minimal access to food or a restroom.
On Saturday, about 1:30 p.m., police in Dyersburg, Tennessee, responded to a domestic complaint on Schaffer Street.
A 40-year-old lady went up to a guy working in the vicinity and said she had been abducted and had just fled.
Responding cops allegedly discovered the lady hiding behind a new construction house. She had facial cuts and was probably under 100 pounds.
The woman told detectives that she was imprisoned in a closet for two months and was only let out for an hour a day.
On Ayers Street, police discovered the residence where the lady was being detained.
According to investigators, the woman identified Brenton Bell, 30, as her kidnapper. Bell and the victim were reportedly in a relationship that turned into physically violent abuse. She was treated and discharged from the hospital.
Bell was detained on Wednesday and accused of aggravated abduction, according to reports.
