Julia Roberts and her husband, Danny Moder has been going robust for over 20 years and their relationship is still flourishing.
The actress had several relationships in Hollywood and she was even a runaway bride to Keifer Sutherland just days before their marriage. But the one bond that’s wedged has been the one to Danny.
After all, Julia is one of the most celebrated actresses in the world, but people don’t know too much about her relationship with Danny Moder. Let’s walk through their story of love!
The pair met on the set of The Mexican where Julia was the star and Danny, the cameraman. At the time, Julia was dating Benjamin Bratt while Danny was wedded to Vera Steimberg. Due to these situations, there have been rumours that Julia broke up Danny’s marriage.
Julia was famously snapped wearing a home-produced t-shirt at the time that read, “A Low Vera.” This was supposedly a message about Danny’s wife, Vera, rejecting to grant Danny a divorce so he and Julia could get married.
Julia has always stubbornly denied claims about being the mistress. She said that, “I’m an easy person to point the finger at, ‘she did it’ and I see that’. Julia said in December 2003, “I don’t begrudge people the easy finger-point. It just doesn’t happen to be so.”
After Danny was allowed his divorce, the pair was in the clear to cement their love. They got married on 04th July 2022 but their wedding was a top-secret event. Invitees were being told that they were rejoicing Independence Day with the couple.

In November 2018, Julia gushes about her marriage. Once she said that “He truly, to this day, to this minute is just my favorite human,” She added that their association “just gets deeper” as time progresses. She continued: “Really, we’re so lucky in that way. We just really, really like each other and we just enjoy each other’s company.”
In July 2021, the couple celebrate their 19th wedding anniversary. The Pretty Woman posted an unusual selfie of her and her husband to mark the big occasion. “19 years. Just getting started!” she wrote in the caption of a photo of them snuggling on the beach.
Danny also celebrated the big day. He wrote, “Today we start our 20th year of marriage’ and added “This photo was on a dusty road before that big idea …”. Danny further wrote “Just holding on to this beautiful girl one day at a time.” And he concluded with, “One epic day at a time”
