Keke Palmer is speaking up about a bad fan experience. On Saturday morning, the actress resorted to social media to discuss a recent incident in which she refused to pose for a photo with a fan. Palmer, 28, detailed her choice to say “no” to the girl, who she claims proceeded to video her “against my will” even after her “nicely” declining the picture op.
“No means no, even if it has nothing to do with sex,” Palmer said on Twitter before reliving the experience. She was at the pub the other day when this girl asked her three times for a photo, and she politely declined each time. Despite her protests, the girl proceeded to record her. Keke Palmer continued in another tweet that she would’ve been wrong if she went off on the girl, so she simply uncomfortably giggled as her privacy was invaded.
On Instagram, the TV personality revealed further comments regarding the incident. Palmer captioned a screenshot of her tweets that she is still furious about it since she hated that she smiled, but that’s her defensive mechanism to laugh or joke in an uncomfortable circumstance and it always misleads individuals.
