The “Mean Girls” actress made the revelation on Tuesday morning through Instagram, posting a photo of a white onesie with the words “Coming soon…” emblazoned on it.
A representative for the actress confirmed the news.
This will be the first kid for Lohan.
They are fortunate and happy! the 36-year-old captioned the image, tagging Shammas, who married investor Bader Shammas last year.
In July, she announced her marriage on Instagram, writing that she is the most fortunate lady on the planet. Not because she need a guy, but because he discovered her and recognized her desire for both joy and elegance.
She went on to say that she couldn’t believe this is her spouse. Her whole life and everything.
Lohan announced their engagement in November 2021.
“My love. My life. My family. My future. @bader.shammas #love,” she captioned a snapshot of the two of them showing off her engagement ring.
Lohan began acting as a kid and had her breakthrough role as devious twins Hallie and Annie in Disney’s “The Parent Trap” in 1998.
After films such as “Freaky Friday” with Jamie Lee Curtis, “Mean Girls,” and “Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen” with Tina Fey in the early 2000s, Lohan went away from the limelight due to legal and drug addiction troubles.
In 2014, Lohan departed the United States and went full-time to Dubai. From 2016 and 2018, she shifted her concentration to business, opening three beach clubs in Greece. She appeared in the MTV reality series “Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club” in 2019.
In 2018, she told Emirates Woman that coming to Dubai gave her “a new start.”
This Christmas, though, the actress had her first significant part in a decade in Netflix’s “Falling for Christmas,” joining the holiday romance movie frenzy.
Acting has always been like riding a bicycle to her. It’s just in her, last year, Lohan told.
Making films and playing characters gives her so much delight because it allows her to share a narrative with others. It’s a joy to be able to take people on that trip with her.
