Michael Strahan’s Twins Graduated High School, and He Couldn’t Be More ‘Proud’

Congratulations to Michael Strahan’s twin kids on their high school graduation!

The former NFL great and Good Morning America co-host announced on Instagram that his 18-year-old daughters, Isabella Strahan and Sophia Strahan, had both graduated from high school.

Strahan revealed Isabella was “on to USC” in the caption of a carousel of photographs from her graduation day on Wednesday. “So proud of you, @isabellastrahan!!!,” he commented, adding, “Intelligent, beautiful, and hard-working!! I can’t wait to continue to watch you shine!! Love you! ❤️❤️ #GirlDad.”

Isabella and Sophia went to separate high schools, and Michael revealed two weeks ago that Sophia had graduated and would be attending Duke University.

“My baby girl graduated,” he said. “I am so proud of you!! You are intelligent, beautiful, and I can’t wait to see all of the amazing things you are going to accomplish at Duke. Congrats Sophia!! Love you! ❤️❤️ #GirlDad.”

Michael and his ex-wife, Jean Muggli, have two daughters, Isabella and Sophia.

Isabella spent her childhood alternating between North Carolina and North Dakota. Michael said in 2016 that the twins live a crazy life. They once traveled to D.C. to interview the First Lady on GMA. Then their mother sent him a video of them riding horses and swimming about in a muddy corn field the following day.

Isabella was formerly regarded as the calmer twin by Michael, who said that he’d say she’s more playful, very chill, and never gets very upset or fired up. She’s a firm believer in ‘it is what it is.’

Isabella began her modeling career last year, and she will make her runway debut at the Sherri Hill fashion show in April 2022. Strahan was there to support his daughter on her big day, and he shared a number of images from the occasion on Instagram.

“Very proud of you, @isabellastrahan, for crushing your first runway this weekend for @sherrihill!” Along with a snapshot of the two of them during the concert, Michael wrote. “As a parent, there is nothing like watching your child succeed at what they love with a smile on their face! #ProudDad #GirlDad.”

Meanwhile, Michael has said that as a child, Sophia was constantly asking questions and was very inquisitive. They’re both very smart; they love to read all these things he never thought of reading when he was 7 or 8 years old, he said of his twin children. And they do it since they are normally interested, which amazes him.

He can’t wait for them to start [college], but it’s a bittersweet feeling, Michael said in December 2022. Definitely, the bitter part is that he is going to miss his kids when they’re gone. But the best thing is that kids get to grow up and become adults.
