Miranda Lambert, happy birthday! November 10th is the 39th birthday of the country singer and songwriter. The musician was in a difficult condition for a time after she and her ex-husband, country singer Blake Shelton, decided to separate.
Lambert lost her cool at a gig in Tinley Park, Illinois, shortly after her divorce. When she performed “Over You,” the memories and grief became too much for her to bear, and she had to wipe away tears. Finally, she had to ask the audience to assist her in finishing the song.
Miranda and Shelton co-wrote “Over You” in 2012. The song was written in memory of his brother, who died in a vehicle accident. Later in the Tinley Park event, the audience could tell she was struggling to finish her hit song, “The House That Built Me.”
During Lambert and Shelton’s divorce, the “Somethin’ Bad” singer admitted that she was struggling. They’d been dating since 2006 and married in 2011. Sadly, in 2015, they chose to cut it off.
In a joint interview, the two stated that they had not anticipated this result. They admitted that it was terrible for them both, but that it was for the best. The divorce hasn’t been easy for either of them, but happily, they’ve each discovered someone to help them get through the difficult period after the split.
Lambert met Brendan McLoughlin at a “Good Morning America” broadcast in November 2018. McLoughlin was assigned as venue security, and the two met after the show. They struck it off right away and began dating shortly after.
McLoughlin, like Lambert, has had a troubled romantic relationship in the past. The NYPD cop was married before meeting Lambert, and he had a son with another lady. Regardless of their previous relationships, Lambert and McLoughlin are on cloud nine together.
Lambert and McLoughlin decided to marry after dating for roughly three months. They did it privately, without informing anybody save their closest family. Everyone was taken aback when the news broke.
The country singer also stated that she enjoys becoming Landon McLoughlin’s stepmother. Aside from the baby son, Lambert has a slew of puppies, and the pair has lately revealed that they intend to have additional children.
After three years of marriage, the country singer and her ex-police cop spouse announced their intention to have another child. Spending time with McLoughlin’s son has further fueled Lambert’s desire to start a family of her own. She said she’s “enjoying that whole time.”
Lambert rose to her feet once again. Lambert had a string of short-lived romances following her divorce, which garnered the notice of several tabloids. The singer has finally met someone she’s glad to settle down with after a lengthy period of being unhappy in relationships and working through the grief of her divorce.
She talked about her marriage, claiming she has reached a stage when she doesn’t care what other people think. She has come to the realization that she should simply be herself. That is also why she adores her hubby. He loves her for who she is, and that is what she seeks.
The pair also just posted an Instagram photo of their date night. McLoughlin’s snapshot showed the two sitting at a table with a dinner in front of them. Lambert’s husband described it as the “ideal date night” in the post.
Lambert also posted a video of their Halloween decorations and wonderful meal in another post. The pair dressed up as Morticia and Gomez Addams from “The Addams Family,” and their many canines wore a variety of charming clothes to match.
The picture had no caption, so followers filled it with admiration. Many people commented on how typical their setting appeared and how down-to-earth the couple’s Halloween party was. Unsurprisingly, a flurry of commentators gushed over the costumed canines.
With Miranda Lambert and her husband’s admission that they want to grow their family, it’s safe to assume that this may be the singer’s final birthday and Halloween without a child by her side. By next year, fans may be adoring a new member to the family, possibly dressed as a tiny Wednesday or Pugsley.
