After being put to bed the night before, the young child from Hurricane, Utah, vanished and was reported missing.
Police and community members launched a frenzied search for Kache, but he was unfortunately discovered dead inside a small toy box in his bedroom.
The Utah Medical Examiner’s Office reviewed the 4-year-old’s death and decided his official reason of death was “positional asphyxiation,” according to fresh reports.
When Kache’s grandmother awoke to discover the kid missing from his bed, she called the authorities. Officers came and searched his residence but were unable to locate him.
As a result, a missing person notice was issued, and the local community came out in force to search for him.
So sad.

The boy’s body was discovered in a tiny toy box within his bedroom during a second examination of his residence. Family members were interrogated, and an inquiry was carried out that included the medical examiner.
Unfortunately, it looks that Kache crawled inside the chest and suffocated to death. His death was declared an accident.
The Hurricane Police Department issued a statement saying, “Our heartfelt sympathies to Kache and his family.”
Kache, rest in peace.
