Because the small kid was nonverbal autistic, he was incapable of interacting like most other kids his age. The youngster attended Connections Education Center and had just recently begun school. The school offers a particular program for autistic students.
Cops promptly dispatched a helicopter and hundreds of ground teams to search for the youngster. Sadly, the tiny kid was not found alive. Teri Barbera, a spokesperson for the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, told the reporters that the small kid had drowned in a stream about a block from his home.
Teachers at the small boy’s school, who were only starting to know him, conveyed their regret at the occurrence, emphasizing the significance of training your child to swim.
She also mentioned what she and her school do to avert catastrophes like the one Jolicoeur experienced. ‘ Integrating swim lessons into the school day can help alleviate some of the stress. It can also assist to educate youngsters the required water safety skills that will benefit them in the future, she added.
She went on to say that tolerance is a virtue when imparting a skill to children with special needs. It is also critical to pick a teacher to whom the youngster reacts positively.
The death of Dahud Jolicoeur has shocked the community and serves as an example of how vigilant we must be about our children’s whereabouts.
