These were their lunch bags for their 2015 school year. Milly’s was designed by her Kuya’s-they worked together to make it for her whilst she sat on my lap and tried to grab her Kuya Harry’s hair. His hair was long and she liked to pull it because he would squeal. The boys took their lunch bags to school and Milly took hers to her music class and when she would spend Fridays with my dad.

This horrible tragedy has not only left the couple in pain but also an emptiness in their lives forever. In spite of such terrible times Jennifer has expressed tremendous strength by trying to spread awareness about drunk driving to make sure no other parents experience such a tragedy and each person acts responsibly every time.
Jennifer explained that when she read it to a friend, her friend expressed how she will never grumble about silly things or homework instead will always be grateful for each moment. She knew a mother would definitely understand what the pain is of losing a child.
In Jennifer’s words, “Your choices become actions that have consequences….I will never, ever get to watch, participate in and with, enjoy, celebrate, cry with, learn with, grow with, be with any of my children again because of another adult’s decision to drive drunk.”
She also mentioned that she still can’t imagine she has lost all her three children and felt there is no meaning left in their lives anymore.
Jennifer recalled the day when she tried calling her children’s phones since it was extremely late and panicked when the calls went unanswered. She had then got the terrifying call that there was an accident that involved three kids and seeing the news she recognized the van.
Neriza Neville, Jennifer’s mom, was the only sole survivor. She recollected asking the doctors in disbelief repeatedly asking whether all of her children were gone.
There is nothing that can lessen this couple’s sorrow. We hope no parent ever loses their kids. May God provide peace, comfort and love over this dear family and all who knew and adored these precious children
