Taylor Swift fans are worried about their chances of seeing the pop singer live due to “historically enormous demand.”
Ticketmaster’s presale tickets for “The Eras Tour” went on sale to fans with registration codes on Tuesday, Nov. 15 at 10 a.m. local time for venue location.
However, as Swift followers pointed out on social media, things didn’t go as expected. Individuals voiced a variety of concerns that prevented them from receiving tickets.
After Ticketmaster was unable to complete her payment, one consumer was extremely sad. Another was “knocked out” of the queue and forced to start over. Customer support was not available, one person said.
“I squandered an hour and a half of my life only to be told that my code was invalid. This is so absurd “another user said
These issues had a knock-on impact for other users, who rescheduled their days to be accessible for the presale. “I have a meeting at 3:30 today. I previously changed my shift to be able to participate in the presale, and now I won’t be able to purchase tickets. “I’m so outraged right now that I can’t even begin to articulate it,” user @lenoraajoy tweeted.
Ticketmaster responded by saying, there has been historically unparalleled demand with millions showing up to get tickets for the TaylorSwiftTix Presale.

According to the ticket-selling giant, hundreds of thousands of tickets had already been sold as of 1 p.m. ET in the afternoon. Along with the press release, Ticketmaster disclosed changes to the rollout, such as shifting West Coast sales to 3 p.m. from 10 a.m. and rescheduling the Capital One sale to Nov. 15.
In addition to airing issues, supporters made light of the ticket-purchasing procedure, leading the term “Ticketmaster” to trend on Twitter.
Others shared their thoughts on Ticketmaster’s services and website in general.
Swift will be joined onstage by Paramore, beabadoobee, Phoebe Bridgers, girl in red, MUNA, HAIM, GAYLE, Gracie Abrams, and OWENN.
