Zach Roloff, the star of Little People, Big World, had brain surgery lately. Tori Roloff, his wife, broke the heartbreaking news on Instagram on Thursday.
‘Not precisely how they expected their week to go…’ she said in the description of her Instagram image, which featured two photographs of Zach in a hospital bed.
This morning, Zachary underwent an emergency shunt revision.
Zach’s father, Matt Roloff, initially signaled that something was amiss when he uploaded a picture of his son and requested prayers from his followers as his 32-year-old son prepared for a critical shunt revision.
Tori made a similar appeal on Instagram stories on Wednesday night, requesting prayers from her fans.
Tori continued that they say it’s regular surgery, yet it’s not her usual, and Zach and she are both worried. It seems large to them, but they have faith in his physicians’ abilities and expertise! Any and all prayers would be much appreciated!
Tori provided an update on her husband’s status after the procedure- It’s been a terrifying 72 hours, but he’s doing OK and healing!!
She also praised everyone involved in Zach’s surgery, especially Zach’s mother Amy Roloff, for holding down the fort and playing hide and seek for who knows how many hours.
The couple has three kids: Jackson, 5, Lilah, 3, and Josiah, 9 months.
The reality star also expressed her hope that the operation will resolve her husband’s health issues.
Zach, you are in our thoughts and prayers as you heal from brain surgery.
