When Brittany Price placed an order for her family through the McDonald’s drive-thru in Colerain, Ohio, she discovered herself in a situation that many customers face. She stopped her car and went inside to correct the matter after being offered the wrong food.
Anybody who has ordered from a fast-food restaurant understands how frustrating it is to wait for one’s meal just to obtain the incorrect order. Of course, most individuals do not turn to physical violence after having a bad encounter at one of these restaurants.
Despite explaining her concern to one of the employees, Price was kept waiting for 23 minutes, which she considered excessive. Price grew agitated while her four children waited in the car and stepped back up to the counter to confront staff workers. Things got out of hand at that point.
Price became enraged and demanded a refund before grabbing each of the Happy Meals and throwing them at the manager. After the enraged mother flung the food at the staff behind the counter, the manager slammed a huge plastic blender at Price, knocking her on the floor.
Brittany Price was left with a cracked cheekbone and a broken nose as a result of the event, and she needed surgery to restore the damage to her face. She argues, though, that her behavior was justified and faults the management for inciting her.
Price retained legal counsel and launched a civil complaint against McDonald’s. The restaurant’s spokesman stated that they were examining the event and analyzing surveillance footage to decide what would happen to the manager.
After examining the tape, authorities have decided not to charge the management. Price, on the other hand, affirmed that she will proceed with the action in the hopes of receiving compensation.

Price has expressed no remorse for her reaction to poor treatment at a fast-food establishment. She feels that a furious reaction was entirely warranted because she did not receive the right order and had to wait for the correct Happy Meals.
