Life is extremely delicate. And there is no better example of how delicate life can be than events like these, in which a young life is badly harmed.
Edwin Favela, 21, of Houston, Texas, was on his way home from work when the unimaginable occurred. He was leaving work on his motorcycle at Hardy Toll Road when the tragedy occurred.
Two fast automobiles collided with his motorbike. A neighbor’s camera video shows Favela turning and two cars speeding by moments later.
Two automobiles were racing and they hit her kid, Tracie Martinez, his mom, stated.
Ernesto Ovalle, Favale’s close friend and coworker, was the first person on the scene. He was just with him two minutes ago, he says. Friends, relatives, he was a wonderful child. He was a fantastic child, and he was a great buddy, Ovalle recalled of his pal.
Favela is now being kept alive via life support. At present, he has swelling in his head. So they don’t believe he’ll survive, but they’re still praying for a miracle,” Tracie explained.
Tracie is particularly concerned for Edwin’s four-year-old son, Aiden. She claims Edwin was working incredibly hard to pay for his son’s ear implants.
He did all he could to provide for his son, Tracie explains.
Favela is in the intensive care unit, and his family is hoping for a miracle. He’s been admitted to the hospital. He’s wired into machinery. Tracie says, they know they have done it. No parent wants to experience this. This is something that no parent should have to go through. Not at the age of 21.
She is urging anybody with details about the disaster to come forward and cooperate with officials in order for justice to be served. A GoFundMe page has been set up to assist Edwin’s family with the costs of his hospitalization and stay.
Our hearts go out to Edwin Favela’s family, and we wish for his full recovery. Let’s pray his family receives the justice they deserve and finds answers.
