On the famous NBC comedy Seinfeld, Estelle Harris played George Costanza’s (Jason Alexander) mother, Estelle. Alexander recalled Harris lovingly after she died Saturday evening of natural causes at the age of 93.
“One of my favourite persons has died — my Television mother, Estelle Harris,” Alexander tweeted. “It was a pleasure to play with her and enjoy her lovely laughs.”
“Serenity now,” one of Seinfeld’s most famous phrases, was coined by George’s father, Frank, who was played on the show by the late Jerry Stiller.
“Estelle, I adore you. Love to your family. Serenity now and forever,” Alexander remarked.

Harris first debuted on Seinfeld in the legendary 1992 episode “The Contest,” and she went on to feature in 27 episodes of the show.
Indeed Estelle Harris was a wonderful and a natural comedian. A great talented beautiful lady.
