According to Princess Diana’s biographer, Prince Harry ‘can’t bear’ the Duchess of Cornwall and may exacerbate his estrangement with the royal family by ‘pursuing’ her and Prince Charles in his planned memoirs.
Ahead of the release of Tina Brown’s new book The Palace Papers, told the Duke of Sussex, 37, has never made peace with Prince Charles and Camilla’s relationship and does not want Camilla to become Queen. She continued, Prince Charles’ estranged son, who lives in California with his wife Meghan Markle, 40, and their kids, Archie and Lilibet, is expected to vent in his memoirs, which will be released later this year.
William was horrified with Meghan’s assault on Kate since she can’t answer back, Brown, who wrote the Diana Chronicles in 2006, claimed. However that’s nothing compared to how enraged he’ll be when this book is published. Since Harry won’t pursue the Queen, she’s sacred. And he’s unlikely to pursue Kate, whom he adores. But he’ll pursue Charles, Camilla, and maybe William.
Brown, who worked as the editor-in-chief of Tatler and the editor of Vanity Fair for many years, claimed Harry never warmed up to Camilla. The writer quotes an anonymous courtier in her new book as saying that when Harry was finally persuaded to be in the same room as Camilla, he would remain mute and give her venomous stares.
She stated that Prince William has developed to acknowledge his dad’s relationship with Camilla, but that the Duke of Sussex is “extremely furious” that the Duchess of Cornwall will be Queen Consort when Prince Charles ascends to the throne. William and Harry’s relationship was strained in the run-up to Megxit and has gradually deteriorated in the months following, with the Duke of Cambridge allegedly enraged by his brother’s persistent assaults on the Royal Family. He was especially enraged by the manner in which his wife, the Duchess of Cambridge, was focused.
Since Harry and Meghan stood aside from royal responsibilities, they have only been pictured together twice: at the burial of their grandpa, the Duke of Edinburgh, in April last year, and at the installation of a sculpture to pay tribute to their mother, Princess Diana, last summer.
Tina expressed that the feud with Harry was detrimental to the royal family since Harry, along with Kate, is one of the only individuals who can keep Prince William grounded and prevent him from becoming pretentious. She explained that one of his close friends enlightened her that everybody speaks about how much Harry needed William, and he did, but William also needed Harry because all those pals whom he believed are so real, they still know he is going to be king. Only William’s wife and brother will be honest with him. And Harry could make fun of his brother and bring him back down to earth.
According to what she heard, William relied on it. There was a danger that William was going to become pompous, and Harry wouldn’t allow that to happen. It comes after the Sussexes’ biographer demanded Prince Harry only want to talk favourably about the Queen in his biography. Omid Scobie, the author of Finding Freedom, stated that Harry truly wants to honour her life and his bond with her in that novel. Omid said on the Royally Obsessed podcast that the book would commemorate Her Majesty’s life and reign.
He added that Harry truly is making a special effort to ensure that there isn’t material in there [the book] that should be visible as negative towards the Queen or her reign in any capacity at all. In that book, he truly wants to honour her life and his bond with her. The Royal Family is profoundly worried about Harry’s plan to work privately with Pulitzer Prize-winning ghostwriter JR Moehringer on what his publishers characterise as “the conclusive account of the events, adventures, losses, and life lessons that have helped form him.”
