Man develops a bike chair for his wife who has Alzheimer’s disease, which enables one to accompany someone with restricted movement on a ride.

As technology advances, new things are developed out of a desire to make our lives simpler, but they are hardly born out of love.

However, one guy in Australia chose to build something to offer delight to his wife, who was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.

Bill Forward of Australia’s Sunshine Coast designed The Bike Chair for his wife Glad so she could continue to relish riding her bike in the beautiful outdoors.

Bill’s wife is securely fastened into the chair at the front of the bike, providing her with the ideal vantage point to take in the scenery.

We’ve seen motorcycles with chairs on the back, but this provides for a perfect position at the front of the bike.

Bill’s design quickly drew a significant amount of attention, inspiring the creation of a short movie that conveyed the couple’s remarkable narrative.
