On Friday, Harrison Ford was seen stepping out of his own private jet in Los Angeles, catching himself from tripping down the stairs. The actor, who is 80 years old, usually pilots his Cessna 680 plane himself, but this time, he opted for stylish comfort as he exited the aircraft, wearing a light blue, long-sleeved shirt tucked into dark blue jeans and a black belt, along with dark gray shoes.
He balanced a large, black backpack and a jacket in each hand as he made his way down the steps of the jet, then loaded a few bikes onto the back of a vehicle before heading to his next destination.
Despite experiencing a few terrifying incidents in the past, including an emergency landing in 2000 and a near-fatal crash in 2015, Ford has been an avid pilot for years. He purchased the Cessna Citation 680 plane seen on Friday in 2009 for around $18 million, and it requires two pilots to fly and can seat up to 12 passengers.
Ford attended the 95th Academy Awards on Sunday, where he presented the Best Picture award to Everything Everywhere All At Once and reunited with his former Indiana Jones co-star, Ke Huy Quan. The two shared a heartfelt embrace on stage after Quan announced the winner of the biggest award of the night. Ford will soon appear on the big screen again as he reprises one of his most iconic roles in Indiana Jones And The Dial Of Destiny, which is slated to premiere on June 30, 2023.
In addition to Indiana Jones, Ford has also been cast as Thaddeus ‘Thunderbolt’ Ross in Captain America: New World Order in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, which is slated to premiere in 2024.
