Dr. Stanley came to fame as the pastor of Atlanta’s First Baptist Church. He committed his life to ministry and spreading the gospel to individuals all over the globe for over 65 years.
Dr. Stanley passed away on April 18, 2023. He certainly created a lasting legacy that will not be forgotten at the age of 90.

Dr. Stanley, the founder of In Touch Ministries, spreads the gospel via many channels, such as television, radio, and podcasts.
Today, we take a look back at one of his most memorable statements. Dr. Stanley is telling us that God never abandons us.
“When you and I are walking through the dark times, no matter how dark, who caused it, or what the source is, the basic bottom line principle is this: God is with me in this darkness.”
All of us travel through darkness as people. And it is especially crucial at these times to keep ones eyes on the Lord and remember that His power is constantly by one’s side.
