They wish to share that her father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday, Corinne said in an Instagram post. Fortunately, he is already on his way to recovery thanks to quick action and excellent care. They understand how much he is loved and value one’s prayers. Foxx himself stayed mute, and as the days passed with no fresh information, his followers’ anxiety grew.
It didn’t help earlier this week when one of the actor’s closest friends made a public plea for prayers.

The cause of Foxx’s hospitalization remains unknown; however, a source told in April that he was “awake and alert.They said that he’s OK, thank God. He’s still in the hospital, and doctors are performing tests on him, but he’s awake and alert. They’re keeping an eye on him.
The event happened when Foxx was in the midst of shooting Back in Action, although he was not on site at the time. He was not taken to the medical facility in an emergency vehicle.
Foxx has finally broken his silence after three weeks to thank fans for their love and support. On Instagram, the 55-year-old wrote: “Appreciate all the love! Feeling blessed.”
The actor also took to Instagram to thank Nick Cannon for stepping in on his hosting responsibilities for the next season of Beat Shazam.
