After his passing, Treat Williams‘ spouse, Pamela Van Sant, is commemorating their 35th wedding anniversary.
On the late Everwood and Hair actor’s Instagram Story on Sunday, Van Sant posted pictures of herself and Williams throughout their decades-long marriage.
She posted a picture of the pair on their wedding day in 1998 in her very first post. On their big day, Van Sant also uploaded a picture of herself grinning in the vehicle.
“Happy anniversary, honey! 35 years,” she wrote over the photo with her husband.
The actor-turned-producer Van Sant subsequently posted a more current image of the two sharing an embrace in the snow.
The pair were seen together in the next picture she posted, and in a second adorable picture from Christmas, Van Sant was sitting on Williams’ lap with their arms around each other.
She also shared a more recent image of the couple laughing outside with their dog in Van Sant’s arms.
Van Sant wrapped off her ode with a picture of herself and her husband looking at each other as they are both wearing traditional Balinese wedding garb.
She defined the attire of the pair as “1st anniversary on location in Bali.”
Williams’ 15-year agent, Barry McPherson, stated that he had passed away earlier this month and called the “talented” actor “the nicest guy.” He was an actor’s actor, according to McPherson. Moviemakers adored him. Since the late 1970s, he has served as Hollywood’s beating heart.
According to Fire Chief Jacob Gribble, Williams was riding his motorcycle close to his house when a car struck him on Route 30 in Dorset, Vermont. Investigators, according to Gribble, think the driver of a vehicle didn’t notice Williams’ motorcycle before the two crashed because the driver was turning.
The actor was taken to an Albany, New York, hospital with “critical wounds” but was later declared dead. Since then, the police have confirmed the investigation’s status.
Van Sant and their two children, Ellie, 24, and Gill, 31, are left as Williams’ heirs.
Van Sant and the rest of the family sent a statement regarding the incident, revealing that they were devastated, deeply grieved, and beyond heartbroken by the news.
Treat was full of love for his family, for his life, and for his craft, and was truly at the top of his game in all of it, they added in the statement. It’s all so shocking right now, but please understand that Treat was genuinely and truly loved and respected by his family and everyone who knew him.
