Amy Robach and T.J. Holmes was blissfully unaware of the turmoil regarding their relationship as they waited for a flight Monday morning. The Good Morning America co-host duo appears to be done disguising their affection now that the affair has been revealed.
T.J. and Amy were spotted in Georgia on Monday, where they’re reported to be planning a New Year’s Eve celebration.
If the way they nestled up in the images and shot at the Atlanta airport are any clue, the pair will have a very romantic finish to 2022.
T.J. and Amy have both been temporarily suspended from their jobs on GMA3, the afternoon version of Good Morning America, so work will not be coming in the way of their plans anytime soon.
ABC executives have removed the couple from their hosting duties as they investigate whether any company standards were violated during their suspected romance.
A video that went viral earlier this year was eventually responsible for bringing their secret affair to public attention. They appeared to be packing up after a romantic holiday in the brief video. T.J. was observed passing Amy when she was loading bags into the rear of a car.
As he passed by, he playful grasped her rear end, proving that theirs was more than simply a business connection.
T.J.’s wife and Amy’s husband have both made an effort to remove themselves from the issue — and their now-divorced spouses.
T.J. is married to lawyer Marilee Fiebig, with whom he has a daughter. Amy has 2 kids with her actor spouse Andrew Shue.
According to insiders, the GMA3 romance began over the summer while the hosts were in the UK covering Queen Elizabeth’s 70th year in power.
We can’t help but wonder whether we’ll see more of Amy and T.J. now that their connection has been revealed. After all, despite the heightened attention, it doesn’t seem they have any intentions to calm things down.
That may not be the greatest course of action, given that they are both going to go through public divorces, however the heart desires what the heart desires.
