Body of missing 2-yr-old found in alligator’s mouth.

When his mother was discovered stabbed to death in her apartment, the body of a missing two-year-old son was discovered within an alligator’s jaws.

Taylen Mosley, of St. Petersburg, Florida, was reported missing on Thursday after his mother, Pashun Jeffery, 20, was discovered dead from knife wounds in her Lincoln Shores flat.

Taylen was discovered dead within an alligator’s jaws at Dell Holmes Park on Friday evening, about 10 miles from his mother’s house. After killing the animal, officers determined it was the tiny child. A medical examiner is investigating his death.

They didn’t want to discover him this way, but at least they can give that family some closure, said Police Chief Anthony Holloway. They’re sorry it had to come to this.

Thomas Mosley, Taylen’s father, has been charged with two charges of first-degree murder.

After locating him in the desire to discover Taylen, who was not in his possession at the time, police declared him a “person of interest.”

Thomas checked himself into the hospital and was covered with wounds on his arms and hands. According to the police chief, he is still in the hospital as of Friday.

Thomas refused to communicate with the investigators.

After being unable to reach the mother and son on Wednesday about 5.30 p.m., family members requested a welfare check the following day.

About 8.30 p.m. that night, neighbours reported hearing a loud disturbance near the apartment however police were not summoned. Thomas arrived at his mother’s home covered in cuts, not long after the disturbance at the flat.

Pashun’s mother phoned the flat management the following morning to check on her daughter when she missed their usual FaceTime conversation, and a staff discovered her dead. The crime scene was “extremely violent.”

When the employee came, the flat door was locked.

Pashun, who worked at CVS, and Taylen had just moved into the flat.

Taylen had barely turned two years old when he was discovered dead.

The small boy’s family nicknamed him Tay-Tay and claimed he adored PB&J and contacting his mom when she had a break at work.
