An 11-year-old girl… was walking her dog one Sunday morning earlier this year at her complex in Pasadena. Suddenly, a strange man quickly walked up to the girl, grabbed her arm, and said “Come on!”
As Katie struggled with the man to get free, her dog Ray, a 2-year-old Beagle mix, started jumping at the man. Then Ray bit his leg. The man let go of Katie and she and Ray ran home, to safety.
As the assailant was leaving the complex, a video surveillance camera caught his image, and police are continuing with their investigation into the matter.
So good for Ray in protecting young Katie from being harmed.
