Jubilee showdown: ‘Meghan Markle’s scared – but she’s got a game plan to compete with Kate Middleton’

The Queen’s Jubilee celebrations are only days away, and Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, together with their two kids, are prepping for the big weekend, which will be the first time they’ve walked on British soil as a family since their shocking 2020 exit from the royals.

And, while royal biographer Duncan Larcombe recently told that he believes the couple’s visit will be an opportunity for them to demonstrate their real motives after many royalists were concerned they would be joined by Netflix crews – the reaction Harry, 37, and Meghan, 40, will obtain from the public, and indeed the royal family, remains unknown.

It’s been little over a year since their dramatic Oprah Winfrey interview, in which they blamed an anonymous senior royal of racism, with Meghan claiming she was bullied by Kate Middleton and neglected by palace personnel when it comes to her mental health.

Despite the fact that the dust has yet to resolve on their assertion, the couple has proceeded to use their royal titles to seek deals with streaming services and publishers that have earned them millions – all while leaving the royals in the dark about what revelations may be revealed next as Harry’s memoir nears its release date later this year.

While a palace official acknowledged that Harry and Meghan had been invited together with Archie, three, and Lilibet, who turns one on June 4 – the Queen would not let them on the Buckingham Palace balcony since they are “non-working” royals.

Instead, Harry and Meghan – who revealed last week that they would be opening their home to Netflix cameras and filming a “Kardashian-style fly-on-the-wall” TV show – are said to be hoping for the kids to celebrate privately with their great-grandmother and for Lilibet to meet her and other individuals of the family.

But, while the event is expected to be historic, a source has said that, after so much drama since their relocation to California, Meghan, specifically, has had to psychologically prepare to return.

An insider claimed that coming back is going to be a tremendous deal for Meghan. So much has happened and has been said. While there has been stress and conflict, Meghan has reached a point where she no longer wishes to argue. Knowing how sad it has made the Queen, she has been forced to reconsider and, perhaps, put this horrible history behind her. She’s been emotionally and physically bracing herself to quiet her critics. She’s been working with her therapist to adapt her thinking in preparation for the challenges that the circumstance would bring.

She’s also been doing a lot of mindfulness work both alone and with Harry and is at a position where she can let go. She just wishes the rest of the royal family can as well.

Harry has stated previously that treatment has helped him deal since they abruptly departed royal life, claiming it has “prepared him to be able to take on anything” and has left him feeling he can lift his head and be a bit more free.

Meanwhile, the couple was photographed enjoying one of Harry’s favorite British sports, polo, at a local club in Santa Barbara last week, with Meghan at his side. Fans applauded the Duchess’s casual style in a white blouse and shorts, saying she looked “beautiful” after giving birth to daughter Lilibet last June. In addition, the insider claims that Meghan has lately been “upping her health and fitness program” in preparation for the Jubilee.

Meghan wants to appear fantastic, particularly knowing that individuals will undoubtedly compare her to Kate and that she will have to compete in some way. She’s been doing reformer Pilates virtually every day, concentrating on core strength.

She’s also been eating a high-protein, vegan diet and avoiding sweets. To improve her radiance, she drinks green smoothies with spinach, banana, and a scoop of collagen powder.

Meghan, who accompanied Harry on a short visit to meet the Queen ahead of The Invictus Games in April, is said to be “nervous” and hopes that her healthy mentality would help boost her confidence. The insider continues that Meghan’s anxious and has been overwhelmed with stress, which she has managed via her workouts and counseling. She is doing everything she can to guarantee that their vacation is peaceful and respectful, and that they can all do their best to keep the attention on the Jubilee instead of their feuding family.
