On September 10, police in Willoughby, Ohio, posted video of an officer obtaining assistance from passing cars after being attacked by a man she had pulled over during a traffic check.
Willoughby Police Officer Stacee Wright, according to the incident report, stopped a guy driving a Chevrolet on Lost Nation Road at 4:24 p.m. on September 10. According to Wright, the individual was driving at 57 mph in a 35 mph zone.
Before exiting the automobile, Wright engages with the driver, named as David Koubeck, through a window. Koubeck is seen shoving Wright and violently assaulting her, punching the officer in the face at one time.
One man races across the road to assist, and the two attempt to apprehend Koubeck. As another cop comes with cuffs, other members of the public gather to assist in pinning the man to the floor.
According to her own story, Wright drove herself to the hospital and was released with minor injuries.

Koubeck was accused of attacking a police officer and resisting arrest in addition to the original speeding violation. He was arrested at the Willoughby Authorities Department and sent to the Lake County Jail, according to police.
