Changes are taking place within the royal family as the world grieves Queen Elizabeth II’s passing.
On September 8, the longest-reigning king died at the age of 96. Following her death, Clarence House announced that Prince Charles is now known as King Charles III. In addition, Prince William’s and Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge’s social media profiles have been modified to reflect new titles in their biographies.
The profiles on Twitter and Instagram for William and the former Kate Middleton have been altered to- The official account of The Duke and Duchess of Cornwall and Cambridge and the Royal Foundation, situated at Kensington Palace.
At this time, no more details on formal changes has been released. The royal family’s website, on the other hand, states that the official website of the Royal Family is currently inaccessible until suitable adjustments are made.
Following King Charles, William is next in line, followed by his 9-year-old son Prince George.
William and the former Kate Middleton have yet to release their own statement, although they did retweet King Charles’.

When Queen Elizabeth died, William was in Balmoral Castle in Scotland with his grandmother and other members of the royal family. Kate was not at the moment with her spouse.
The duke and duchess recently relocated from Kensington Palace to Adelaide Cottage, where their kids will attend Lambrook School in Berkshire.
