A local funeral home decided that there was something missing in our community and decided to do something about it.
They built a little place called Hope’s Garden, the resting place for the beautiful tiny souls who pass away on their way to this earth.
Recently we lost our little one and could not have received more empathic and heartfelt support from the Orange hospital maternity and social work teams and the amazing Jasmine at Penhalls who called me to say they had picked up our Ella from the hospital, would “dress her to the nines” thanks to some local knitting ladies and would hold her safely until her ashes and plaque were placed in this special garden.
We didn’t have to think about anything, it was just all taken care of and we are forever grateful.
