Third baby. Same old rocking chair. Third different view out the window. Same old made up song being hummed. Third time I have been through the newborn stage. Same Momma just a bit older now more worn into motherhood. “Third time is the charm,” they say.
Maybe it’s because we finally give ourselves the grace and accept the confidence that we are doing exactly what we should be.
Granting ourselves the freedom to just be in the moment.
Instead of worrying about the “what if’s” or day dreaming and wishing the present away.
We have learned to just be.
