Angelina Jolie Files Lawsuit Claiming Brad Pitt Choked One Of Their Kids And Hit Another

The lengthy legal feud between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt continues. Jolie has filed a countersuit against her ex-husband, apparently for their continuing struggle over their French vineyard Château Miraval, but the suit also provides further information about what supposedly occurred during a family quarrel onboard a private jet in 2016.

Pitt originally sued Jolie in early 2022, accusing her of infringing on “contractual rights” by selling her share of the vineyard. In October 2022, Jolie filed her own countersuit.

According to Jolie’s legal team, she didn’t notify Pitt about selling her share as he demanded she sign a nondisclosure agreement that would have legally banned her from talking outside of court about Pitt’s physical and mental abuse of her and their kids.

According to the lawsuit, Pitt choked one of the kids and punched another in the face and grabbed Jolie by the head and shook her.” According to the claim, Pitt and Jolie started fighting in the plane’s lavatory.

Pitt seized Jolie by the head and shook her, then held her shoulders and shook her again before shoving her into the toilet wall, according to the report, and Pitt then smashed the ceiling of the aircraft multiple times, leading Jolie to exit the restroom.

When one of the kids stepped in, Pitt lunged at his own kid, and Jolie held him from behind to restrain him, and in order to get Jolie off his back, Pitt slammed himself backwards into the plane’s seats, bruising Jolie’s back and elbow. The youngsters rushed in and fiercely attempted to defend one another.

The claim further specifies, Pitt strangled one of the kids and hit another in the face before it was done. Some of the youngsters begged Pitt not to continue. They were all terrified. Many were in tears.
