Hart elaborated on the incident, revealing that he had a friendly competition with former NFL star Stevan Ridley, engaging in a 40-yard dash to determine their speed. Hart admitted he tore his lower abdomen and adductor muscles during the sprint, rendering him unable to walk.

He lamented his current situation and acknowledged the recklessness of his actions.
