Serena Williams is keeping cool in the midst of the summer heat.
The pregnant tennis player, 41, posted images of herself on a sofa with her 5-year-old daughter Olympia on Instagram on Friday.
“Behind the scenes… on set in hot weather trying to look cool,” she captioned the photo, but she didn’t say what she was working on at the time.
In the first shot, Williams is looking off to the side, while her daughter is smiling.
In the following photograph, she peered into the camera with her arms raised behind her head.
Olympia looked to be wearing a white cover-up over a pink patterned swimsuit, while her baby bulge was apparent under her form-fitting orange dress.Williams also shared a gorgeous golden hour selfie with a little glam. She completed her appearance with asymmetrical gold hoop earrings and loose curls.
The six-time US Open singles champion announced her second pregnancy with husband Alexis Ohanian at the 2023 Met Gala in May.
She uploaded images from her recent European babymoon with Ohanian, their daughter, and some of their closest friends and family, including Williams’ sisters Lyndrea Price and Isha Price, last week.
Williams stood joyfully with her pregnant tummy and arms around her husband and pals in the three photos. She wore black leggings and a black tank top to emphasize her pregnancy.
Olympia stole the show in the first two photos, pulling adorable poses in front of her parents and their guests. She donned a two-piece pink ensemble consisting of a cropped top and matching slacks. “When your kid can’t stop posing,” Williams wrote in the gallery’s description. “Pics from our #babymoon #2023.”
