Tina Turner’s 2nd Husband Sacrificed 1 Of His Organs For Her Because He ‘Didn’t Want Another Woman’

Erwin Bach, Tina Turner’s second husband, donated one of his organs for her as he ‘didn’t want another woman’.

The Rock’n’Roll queen herself, best known for anthems like ‘Proud Mary’ and ‘The Best,’ died on Wednesday (May 24) at the age of 83, according to her spokesman Bernard Doherty.

The singer died ‘peacefully’ at her home in Switzerland, according to a statement announcing the tragic news: With her, the world loses a music icon and a role model. With her music and endless vitality, Tina Turner delighted millions of fans and encouraged many artists in subsequent generations.

The American-Swiss vocalist, born Anna Mae Bullock in Tennessee, has won eight competitive Grammy Awards and has a star on both the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the St. Louis Walk of Fame.

However, in recent years, the iconic singer has suffered from a variety of health issues, beginning with an intestinal cancer diagnosis in 2016.

After overcoming cancer and having a stroke, the singer’s kidneys began to weaken, with just around 20% of them functional.

Dialysis or transplant were the only choices for the singer.

Fortunately for Turner, this is when Bach stepped in and made a significant sacrifice to save his wife’s life.

Tina Turner: My Love Story, her 2018 autobiography, revealed some of her health issues to her admirers.

Only a transplant would give her a reasonable chance of living a normal life. However, the prospects of receiving a donor kidney were slim. The singer went on to say that she didn’t want to go on dialysis because she didn’t want to “live on a machine.”

It wasn’t her way of life, she added. But the poisons in her body had begun to take hold. She couldn’t eat anything and was only existing, not living. She started to think about death.

She could accept death if her kidneys failed and it was time for her to die. It was fine. When the time comes, it comes.

Turner even signed up for assisted suicide, but her loving husband intervened before things got any worse.

He said he didn’t want another woman or another life, Turner went on. Then he surprised her. He claimed that he wished to donate one of his kidneys to her.

If that isn’t true love, I don’t know what is.
