Bruce Willis’s daughter shares a sweet photo of grandpa and baby girl.

Rumer Willis is making the most of her time with her father, Bruce Willis.

She uploaded a wonderful picture of Willis cuddling her daughter Louetta Isley on Father’s Day, his first since his dementia diagnosis in February.

“Seeing my father hold my daughter today was something I will treasure for the rest of my life,” Rumer captioned the photo. “His sweetness and love for her were so pure and beautiful.”

“Papa,” she continued. I’m so lucky to have you, and so is Lou. Thank you for being the silliest, most loving, coolest Daddio a girl could ask for. Best Girl Dad in the game….”

Rumer welcomed Louetta, called Lou, with her boyfriend Derek Richard, whom she also mentioned in the post, last month.

“Happy 1st Father’s Day. Thank you for building a beautiful garden for Lou to play in and eat from,” she wrote.

“I’m so grateful our girl has a papa that loves her so much and someone so goofy and weird, so she knows that’s ok for her to be too,” she said. “Thank you for the greatest girl I could imagine in my wildest dreams. We love you.”

Rumer told before her daughter’s birth that her parents were so thrilled. Her sisters are overjoyed, and it’s exciting to be welcoming their first grandchild, particularly as they’re such a large family at this time.

Willis and his ex-wife Demi Moore had their first grandchild, Rumer’s daughter. Scout Willis and Tallulah Willis are their daughters. Bruce and his current wife, Emma Heming Willis, have two children, Mabel and Evelyn.

Prior to the birth of her child, the 34-year-old also revealed her parents’ finest piece of advice.

One has no control over anything, and one simply needs a lot of compassion for oneself, she said.

In the aftermath of Willis’ dementia diagnosis, his whole family has rallied behind him, sharing updates and heartwarming moments with the actor.

Emma shared a video montage of photographs of Willis in dad mode with his daughter Mabel on her 11th birthday last month.

She also paid an emotional tribute to her husband on his 68th birthday in March, noting that posting the footage of their times together may be “like a knife in my heart.”

“As much as I do it for myself, I do it for you,” she said, “because I know how much you love my husband and – don’t cry Emma – but it means so much to me, so thank you.”
